Upon arrival, the room was in dire need of upgrades and it was very dirty, with murky mirrors and an uncomfortable smell. However, the staff were accommodating and friendly. The location was convenient, close to the falls and various amenities. The dining options were limited and the kitchen staff were rude. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.

The hotel is decent with some room for improvement. The rooms were not the cleanest but were passable, though the smell of cigarettes was off-putting. The service was generally good, but entering without a magnet strip may pose a security concern. The location is convenient, close to dining options and key attractions. The dining offerings were limited in variety but suitable for basic meals. Overall, a budget-friendly option with some drawbacks.

Upon my return to the room in all speed modes, it was drafty. The hotel accommodated us on short notice with our 2 dogs, but the experience was disappointing overall. The staff was rude and not helpful, especially the kitchen staff.
